This Privacy Policy applies to anthropie.ai, a service operated by CASC AI & SOFTWARE ("we," "our," or "us"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring the security of your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our platform, website, or mobile applications (including the Phil mobile app for iOS and Android).

2.2 Information from Social Media Platforms

anthropie.ai integrates with third-party platforms including TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn to allow users to connect their accounts and publish content through our service. We only access data and permissions explicitly authorized by the user.

When you connect your social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok), we receive:

• Profile information (name, profile picture)
• Account IDs and access tokens
• Permissions to publish content on your behalf

2.3 Automatically Collected Information

• Usage data and analytics
• Device information and IP address
• Cookies and similar tracking technologies
• Mobile device identifiers (for mobile app users)
• Push notification tokens (if you enable notifications)
• App usage patterns and interaction data

2.4 Phil Mobile Application

When you use the Phil mobile app (available on iOS and Android), we collect and process additional information:

Important: Phil does not store any of your conversation data or chat messages. All conversations are processed in real-time and are not retained on our servers.

• Biometric Authentication: If you enable Face ID, Touch ID, or fingerprint authentication, this biometric data is stored locally on your device only and is never transmitted to our servers. We only receive a confirmation that authentication was successful or failed.
• Push Notifications: With your permission, we collect device push notification tokens to send you updates about new calls, messages, and posts. You can disable push notifications at any time through the app settings or your device settings.
• Mobile Permissions: The app requests permissions to access biometric hardware (for authentication) and send notifications. We only use these permissions for their stated purposes and do not access other device features without your explicit consent.
• App Analytics: We collect analytics about how you use the mobile app to improve performance, fix bugs, and enhance user experience. This includes screen views, feature usage, and crash reports.

2.5 Chat Widget

Our website chat widget collects minimal data and does not involve creating a visitor account.

• Data: the content of messages typed by the visitor; an email address and name, only if the visitor provides them (optional, unverified — a fictitious email is accepted); a random technical identifier stored in the visitor's browser; the page URL; the user-agent; an approximate country. The IP address itself is not retained (only the approximate country is).
• Purposes: responding to the visitor / customer support; displaying and maintaining continuity of the conversation.
• Legal basis: determined by the widget's user as data controller — typically legitimate interest (providing the assistance requested by the visitor). anthropie.ai processes this data only on the instructions of the widget's user.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information to:

• Provide and maintain our services
• Generate AI-powered content for your social media posts
• Publish content to your connected social media accounts
• Send you push notifications (mobile app) about important updates, new messages, calls, and posts
• Authenticate you securely using biometric authentication when enabled
• Analyze and improve our services
• Communicate with you about service updates and features
• Ensure security and prevent fraud

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

4.1 Third-Party Services

We share your information with:

• Social Media Platforms: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn to publish your content
• AI Service Providers: Anthropic, OpenAI for content and image generation
• Infrastructure Providers: Supabase for database and authentication services
• Push Notification Services: Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google) for delivering mobile push notifications

4.2 Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information if required by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities. Prior to any such disclosure, we review the legality of the request and disclose only the minimum information strictly necessary to comply. All such requests and our responses are documented internally.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information, including:

• Limited access to personal information on a need-to-know basis

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.

Phil Conversations: Your conversations with Phil in the mobile app are not stored on our servers. They are processed in real-time through AI service providers and are not retained after processing.

Chat Widget Conversations: Conversations and any email address provided are retained until deleted by the widget's administrator. Visitors do not create an account and do not provide a verified identity (the email address may be fictitious), so there is no visitor-side self-service deletion. A deletion request should be directed to the widget's user (our customer); the anthropie.ai account administrator can delete conversations, manually or on an automated basis. The right to erasure is exercised through the data controller. The widget's administrator may enable an option, from the chat widget settings, to automatically and permanently delete conversations once their last activity is more than 24 hours old, with no exception for conversations flagged as sales leads.

Our services are not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
