2.4 Phil Mobile Application
When you use the Phil mobile app (available on iOS and Android), we collect and process additional information:
Important: Phil does not store any of your conversation data or chat messages. All conversations are processed in real-time and are not retained on our servers.
- Biometric Authentication: If you enable Face ID, Touch ID, or fingerprint authentication, this biometric data is stored locally on your device only and is never transmitted to our servers. We only receive a confirmation that authentication was successful or failed.
- Push Notifications: With your permission, we collect device push notification tokens to send you updates about new calls, messages, and posts. You can disable push notifications at any time through the app settings or your device settings.
- Mobile Permissions: The app requests permissions to access biometric hardware (for authentication) and send notifications. We only use these permissions for their stated purposes and do not access other device features without your explicit consent.
- App Analytics: We collect analytics about how you use the mobile app to improve performance, fix bugs, and enhance user experience. This includes screen views, feature usage, and crash reports.
