Anthropic, PBC is an AI research company that develops the Claude models. The names are similar but the companies have no affiliation, ownership or partnership relationship.

Max costs $299 per month and adds the 24/7 AI phone receptionist and CRM management. Annual billing saves roughly 17%, equal to two months free.
What is the difference between the Pro and Max plans?

The Max plan includes everything in Pro plus two features exclusive to Max: the AI phone receptionist, which answers calls 24 hours a day, and CRM management for contacts, deals and pipeline. Max also includes priority support and onboarding. Pro is $199 per month; Max is $299 per month. Businesses that receive inbound phone calls generally need Max.
Does Anthropie offer a free trial?

Yes. Anthropie offers a 7-day free trial with no credit card required. The trial provides access to the platform so a business can connect its channels and see Phil working against its real data before committing to a plan.

Businesses using Anthropie's CRM typically retire a separate CRM subscription.
How does Anthropie's AI phone receptionist work?

Anthropie's AI receptionist answers a business's phone 24 hours a day using a custom greeting, tone and language configured by the owner. It knows the business's hours, services and pricing, answers caller questions, qualifies leads and books appointments. Calls can be forwarded to a mobile when someone is available, or handled entirely by the AI after hours. Every call is transcribed, summarized and written into the CRM automatically.

The Morning Brief is a daily summary Anthropie sends each morning covering what happened overnight — new leads, missed calls, urgent emails and anything else that changed — ranked by what needs attention first. It is included in all plans.
Does Phil act automatically or does it wait for approval?

Both, and the business owner decides which. By default Phil drafts an action — a reply, a post, a follow-up — and waits for approval before sending. For categories of work an owner trusts Phil with, actions can be set to execute automatically without review.
Is there a mobile app?

Yes. Phil by Anthropie is available on iOS and Android. The app provides the same capabilities as the web platform: conversations with Phil, business insights, call and lead notifications, and the ability to act on them. An active Anthropie subscription is required to sign in.
